Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT is not included in prices displayed on the LabTIE website. When applicable, VAT is charged separately and will be itemized on the order confirmation and invoice. EU business owners that are not based in the Netherlands, may enter their company registered VAT number and no VAT (sales tax) will be charged. Any shipping/orders outside the EU will be exempted from VAT.
Delivery at Place Incoterm 2010 (DAP)
LabTIE ships all products under the DAP shipping conditions. What is incoterm DAP?
DAP (Delivered at Place) is an Incoterm that replaced the former term DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). DAP transactions require the seller (LabTIE) to arrange and pay the transportation of the goods to a place designated by the buyer, and the buyer (if applicable) to pay import duties and taxes on arrival of the goods.
